How it worksOpening this page…
Use harmless stand-ins and fictional information for sensitive practice.

Agree the purpose, audience and boundaries before filming. Explain how someone can decline or ask you to stop. Permission for a private learning clip does not automatically include public posting.
Use objects or consenting adult stand-ins in this pilot. In real work, follow the responsible organisation’s safeguarding procedures, guardian permissions and the participant’s willing involvement. Never upload identifying footage of children here.
Check venue permission and the rights and expectations of people being recorded. Avoid intrusive close-ups or private conversations without agreement. A public location is not a blanket permission to publish.
Keep original records separate from edits. This is filming education, not medical or legal advice. Use a safe simulation here; keep real case footage, patient information, private documents and identifiable records in the approved system with qualified oversight.
Use material you own or are licensed to use for the destination and purpose. Keep credits and licence terms. A short excerpt or a trending track is not automatically permitted.
Use ground-based plans until current official requirements, operator competence and local permissions have been checked. A learning score is not a flight authorisation or a safety certification.

Only upload non-sensitive practice you own or may share. Content declarations and image screening do not verify consent or privacy. AI feedback reads your text and photos (Anthropic’s Claude) and watches your videos and YouTube or Google Drive links, picture and sound (Google’s Gemini). Videos sent for watching are deleted from Google straight after.
Everyone you can recognise in an upload must have agreed to be filmed, and to it being shared if you put it in your portfolio. Never upload identifying footage of children.
FramePath is for learners 13 and over. Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian’s agreement, and can share their portfolio by link but not publicly in Community.
Your work is stored privately on Cloudflare. AI providers only receive what is needed for each review or check. You can delete any unused upload, and delete your whole account and everything in it, from My account.
Work starts private. Publish only selected, safe material with permission from everyone affected; sharing a snapshot with a demo mentor is a separate consent decision. You can unpublish your portfolio.
